This is a great place for family and friends to go for much enjoyment. Extremely educational. So many animals to see and learn about their natural habitats. A very clean and outstanding zoo. The admission is at a great price. If you like to walk, this is a place to be. You will have alot of fun there if you like the wild life.

Natural habitat that has different animals in sections of the zoo. You can visit different continents and countries without leaving your own. On each animal is a description of what they are and where they live. Many people can learn about each one, so it's educational for everyone. You do have a lot of walking to across the part, but it's a good way of going somewhere with your family and getting exercise.

The North Carolina Zoo in Asheboro is an excellent natural habitat zoo featuring over 1,100 animals. The Zoo has three areas African, North American and the newest attraction Australian. The animals are all well looked after and the staff is very friendly They have great rates for a family season pass. This attraction has become a family favorite for us. Your won't be disappointed if you get a chance to visit this attraction.
