I was looking for a car in July. It is now december, and they just keep calling! We have told them we are no longer in the market, and have told them multiple times, but the phone calls and e mails just dont stop.
Avoid service department at all costs

I took my 2006 Ram in for an oil change and the service department, in checking the air filter, failed to secure it back in place. The air filter was sucked into the turbo and engine. Triad Dodge replaced the turbo, but refused to replace…
Pros: Sales department is great Cons: Service departments incompetence ruins any benefit of a good sales department.
