I have paid a little more for the same products compared to the big box stores, but the level of service and the knowledge of the staff far exceeds any cost differential. \r \r Chain saw chains were sharpened in a matter of hours not days…

The prices at Southside Hardware is pretty comparable to that at the big box hardware stores. I've purchased some plumbing supplies and mulch here. The customer service was professional.
